Brian Letscher, who is unforgettable in the film, recently co-authored a pilot with his brother, which was optioned by a major studio and will be shooting this Fall.

The Prolific Prducers

Producer Nancy Hamada just won a $5,000 prize and a trip to verdant Ireland for her screenwriting, and her full-length play "MAGGIEWORLD" is in development at a nearby theatre.

Producer Sabrina Tubio-Cid produced the hit documentary "SEAMLESS" which opened last year's Tribeca Film Festival and also got theatrical distribution. Academy-Award winning Producer Lynn Appelle produced "PREMIUM" starring Zoe Saldana, Dorian Missick and Hill Harper, which hopefully will be debuting alongside our film on the festival circuit. Producer John Finley was headhunted by a hedge fund and is now producing films and traveling to China regularly to research investment opportunities.

The Sound Mix

Thle sound mix was so much fun -- the film looks and sounds so different on a big screen, making clear how important it is to mix a feature film in a real sound studio. Our Supervising Sound Editor, Richard King, had lots of intriguing ideas such as including sounds of arrows hitting their targets in the animated intro sequence when the black boxes appear, and adding subtle layers to the narrative such as the jingly sound of a fork dropping to the floor when the main character reveals exactly how much money she's trying to borrow from her family in order to finish her film.
